Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a nominal visit fee.
Refunds are only issued if the service was paid for in advance and our technician failed to attend the appointment.
Used spare parts are non-refundable once installed. Unused parts returned within 24 hours may be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
