Prices are based on standard service rates. Any additional parts required will be billed separately after customer approval.
We provide a 90-day warranty on spare parts replaced by our technicians. This does not cover physical damage or external electrical issues.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues arising from faulty household wiring.
